如在校外登入THEi Moodle發生問題，可以嘗試連接VTC的VPN服務，並再次登入。
為提高網上服務的安全性，於非職業訓練局網絡下，需以雙重認證方式登入THEi Moodle平台。

教職員應使用教職員CNA登入THEi Moodle，而非使用「教學帳號{t-CNA}」
If you encounter issues logging into THEi Moodle from off-campus, try connecting to VTC’s VPN service and then log in again.
To enhance online service security, logging into the THEi Moodle platform from outside the VTC network requires two-factor authentication.

Staff should use their staff CNA account to log in to Moodle, rather than using the ‘Teaching Account {t-CNA}’.
